Returns Policy
Anzacare accepts returns of bedwetting alarms purchased from this website that are returned in their original, resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If you return an alarm the actual original delivery costs may be deducted from your return refund.
If your order is damaged during delivery, we will replace the item, providing a claim is made within seven days of receipt and the goods are subsequently returned to us.
Because of health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of USED bedwetting alarms.
Undelivered Items
In the event that you do not receive your order because it is lost or incorrectly delivered, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at 1-887-331-2768 or email info@bedwettingalarmsusa.com.
It should be noted, however, that delivery times can be longer than usual during holiday periods such as Christmas or Black Friday/Cyber Monday due to heavy postal demand.
